House with private swimming pool, encircled from green yard and mediterranean vegetation located in the campaign of Castelluzzo (fraction of San Vito Lo Capo), near the Natural Park Mount Cofano, lovely beaches, Natural Park Zingaro, Archaeological Park of Segesta, city of Erice.
The vacation apartment at Castelluzzo is for 6 persons, and it's located inside of an ancient beam, neighbor with other properties and encircled from large olive trees.
Inside, the house has a living with angle baking (complete of furnace, large frigo with freezer, dishwashing machine) equipped of conditioned air; one bath suit with shower, 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds (with one passing under the other), loft with 1 double bed, second bath with bathtub, washbasin and water. In stay TV Satellite (free channels).
Outside the property is extended on a large land with olive trees, partially fenced and equipped with outside swimming pool earth (measures 10x5 meters for 1,2-1,5 m height) encircled from green yard and mediterranean vegetation.
Veranda equipped with angle baking, barbecue and washbasin. Table and chairs in order to consume meal, sun chairs and sun beds.
Reservior of not drinkable water, washing machine, parking place before the house.
