Holiday apartment located in Contrada Frassino, at the foot of Mount Cofano of Castelluzzo (district of San Vito Lo Capo), near the Natural Reserve of Mount Cofano, lovely beaches, Natural Park Zingaro, Archaeological Park of Segesta, city of Erice..

Inside the house covers about 45 square meters, and has a living/dining room with double sofa bed, a double bedroom, angle baking  kitchen full of 4 fires, oven, refrigerator with freezer, bathroom with shower.

In the living/dining room area has a conditioned air that provides the whole house, a TV with satellite receiver. All the windows of the house are protected by mosquito nets and shutters.
Externally the house has two terraces, one of access to the house, and one (12 sqm)  equipped with table and chairs for dining.

The house has a garden with pine trees and mediterranean vegetation, an shower with cold water, barbecue, and a parking space on the inside. Non-potable water tank, washing machine.
